All players need to make sure the school nurse has a copy of a current physical on file (within 2 years not to expire before November). Incoming Freshmen must send a copy to the HS nurse. They do not transfer this info from MMS to MHS so you need to submit that asap. Don’t wait until August if you can help it.

All incoming Freshmen, Juniors, and new players who have not played a sport before High need to complete the Impact pre-concussion testing.
